Senior PHP Developer • Cloud Architect • OSINT Expert • Problem Solver • Creator
Contact MeI’m a dedicated backend developer with deep expertise in PHP, Node.js, and containerized deployments. With a strong background in disaster informatics and open-source intelligence, I create stable and scalable systems that serve people in critical moments.
In 2004, I established the Emergency and Disaster Information Service (EDIS) under the auspices of the non-profit organization RSOE. During this period, I developed a sophisticated global system for collecting, processing, analyzing, and publishing data on disaster and emergency events worldwide. Utilizing OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) technology, we processed data from thousands of news sources around the clock, enabling the display of relevant information through maps, REST APIs, RSS feeds, mobile push notifications, and email services.
The development and operation of EDIS provided invaluable opportunities for acquiring extensive technical and theoretical knowledge.
